Trail of the Screaming Forehead is a fantastic send-up of matinee sci-fi b-movies from the folks who brought us The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra. Shot in glorious digital color, TotSF brings family-friendly nostalgia and belly laughs to the big screen (if you're lucky enough to see it there before it hits home video). Is the forehead the seat of all human thought? Will the foreheads from outer space take over the world? Answers to these deep questions and more are answered by the end of this slyly clever comedy. Well, maybe not more - but those two questions are plenty - really.

Spoof of 50s sci-fi/horror that doesn't take itself seriously--and neither should you! The special effects are suitably cheesy, but the production design is gorgeous. It looks like the cast had great fun making this and if you're into so bad it's good campy stuff, you have fun watching it.

Personally I love really cheese B-movies from the 1950s. Films like "The Blob" and "The Crawling Eye" claim a special place in my film lover's heart. I really loved "The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra" which was Larry Blamire's first film homage. I was excited to see what he would do next, and this did not disappoint. It is very different from "Skeleton" but still very amusing and enjoyable.
